Try these steps if you've had trouble logging-in or registering on the new JLC website.

 JLC FORUMS MEMBERS

If you have a previous JLC Forums account, you are pre-registered and should login using the email address and password that you used when you originally created your JLC Forums account. Note - passwords are case sensitive.

1. If you forgot your password: use the Reset Password function on the login form. Note – passwords are case sensitive.

Troubleshooting tip: If you’re unable to reset your password because the email address associated with your Forums account is no longer active, you will have to register your new email address and create a new JLC Forums account.

2. If you get an error message when you try to reset your password, try the following:
Go to the JLC home page by clicking on the JLC logo in the top-left corner of the screen and then click the login button in the top-right corner.  Then click the “Forgot Password” link and try again.

3. If you forgot the email address you used when you created your JLC Forums account, you can either register to create a new account, or send an email to jlchelp@hanleywood.com and explain that you do not remember your JLC Forums email address.   We’ll research your account and reply with further instructions.

4. If you want to change the email address associated with your JLC Forums account, you’ll need to register and create a new account.
