The makers of foam foundation forms want you to believe that the fourth little pig, had there been one, would have built his house out of polystyrene and concrete. Flip through any building magazine and you'll find that the manufacturers of rigid-foam concrete forms are spending a bundle on ads extolling the virtues of their products.
