In the largest-ever fine imposed for an RRP violation, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) cited Lowe's for infractions by contractors working from 13 of Lowe's 1,700 stories nationwide. It's one the latest cases in what's proving to be a  sweep by the EPA of alleged RRP violations by contractors across the country.
