Day Two

The next day the installer lays out the non-woven fiberglass mat on the deck, letting it extend up the walls about 6 inches. He also cut strips for the tops of the parapets.

Starting with the tops of the parapet walls, installer soaks the mat with resin causing it to become transparent.

Installer uses a disposable paintbrush to soak the fiberglass mat in problem areas such as these threshold intersections.

On certain areas a specialized roller helps the cloth to fully adhere.

Next the installer soaks the field and the mat that extends up the vertical surfaces.

The installer finishes by rolling resin over the field with a disposable paint roller.
