This MDF paneling is ruined from the flooding. Plywood paneling and cabinets can usually be saved and dried.
Carpet can be salvaged if it's "clean" water. Carpet pad needs to be pitched in the trash bin. Because this was muddy creek water, the carpet was pulled and pitched.
Check the humidity; if it's over 60%, you need a dehumidifier to promote drying. I'm using my ExTech Temp/Humidity Pen here.
Dry your structure down to less than 20%, or ideally less than 17%, moisture content before moving on with rebuilding. I'm using my ExTech Moisture Meter.
