Cornered. Part of Bosch's new laser line, the GTL3 layout laser projects 90- and 45-degree lines on a floor or wall. According to Bosch, the 45-degree line helps align tiles more accurately by providing reference lines for both their straight sides and diagonal points. The unit projects its lines from a distance high enough above the work surface to avoid interference from debris and has a range of 65 feet. Its magnetic metal baseplate can be stuck to steel framing or attached with screws to walls to lay out vertical tile applications. It costs $159 online. Bosch, 877/267-2499.
