Skip Walker

Skip Walker, is an ASHI Certified Inspector, a CREIA Master Inspector, an ICC-Certified Combination Residential Building Inspector and an ICC Certified California Residential Building & Plumbing Inspector. Walker has served in numerous capacities for CREIA and ASHI and written extensively on home safety and general inspection issues, and was recently named one of the 40 Most Influential Inspectors in California in the Last 40 Years by CREIA. He is also a co-author of the CodeCheck series of books.
