Chuck Green's background is in film making, not in construction. That makes perfect sense, Green (left) says, because "the process of making a movie is very similar to remodeling -- the visual orientation and actually making something."

Today his company focuses on large projects, many for repeat customers or referrals who come to his company to have the anxiety accompanying the average remodeling project taken off their hands. With its focus on leaving projects so perfect that they form a lasting legacy, Four Corners demands exacting standards from employees and subs.

Green says he gives "project directors" full authority to take on whatever aspect of the project they feel comfortable with and welcomes all input. "A helper I hired three months ago questioned me about whether or not this was the right way to do something. I couldn't have been happier."
