Bryan Bennight's experience as a firefighter taught him how to quickly evaluate structures and people in emotional situations. But the 12-day-a-month, 24-hour-shift schedule also allowed time for small remodeling projects, setting the groundwork for his business, incorporated in 1997 with a name that conjures up remodeling's cyclical nature.
Bennight (right), president of NARI of Greater Charlotte, has been instrumental in NARI chapter changes, including increasing membership by 30%. "My whole business is built on relationships, with suppliers and clients, and NARI's impact is all about those relationships and camaraderie," he says.
