Although College City established its remodeling division as a separate entity in 2003, the company has been building new homes and remodeling homes since 1969. Those years of accumulated knowledge show in the company’s established systems and procedures.
Using a consultative and educational approach, CCR helps clients see their homes as financial investments. “Every house is [at least] a $100,000 client through the life of the home, and we tailor our communication, follow-up, and service offerings to be timely and relevant to clients’ needs as the home grows and ages,” says president Darin Pavek (far right, along with, from left, David, Don, Bonnie, and Dale Pavek).
CCR has a past clients marketing and maintenance program and mails postcards, letters, and a newsletter. The Pavek family has found success with its consumer seminar series, which brings in speakers and has covered topics such as green and universal design, whole-house tear-downs, financing, and cost versus value.
