Deadlines and late fees have been extended for the 2020 edition of the Builder's Choice & Custom Home Design Awards (BCCHDA). The program will now accept entries until April 24 May 1 (regular deadline) without the late fee. An additional $50 will be charged after the regular deadline until May 1 May 8 (late deadline).
For more than three decades, the annual program has celebrated innovation in residential design. Two levels of awards—merit and grand—are issued based on criteria including design excellence, innovation, sustainability, floor plan efficiency, and use of materials. One project may also be elevated to receive the program's highest honor, Project of the Year.
