The Westin Hills Four Townhome Association in northwest Omaha has filed a lawsuit against three of its members, saying that they didn't obtain approval to paint their decks white instead of leaving them a natural wood color. But at least one of the homeowners disagrees, according to a news story on WOWT news, which says that Sheila Lyons has a 10-year-old document from the board that granted her permission permission to paint her deck. “Each time I paint it white, do I have to get approval each time? It’s the same color and nothing’s changed in 10 years,” says Lyons.
