Malco Products, SBC is an employee-owned tool maker with corporate offices and manufacturing facilities located in Annandale, Minnesota U.S.A. The Malco story begins in 1950 with inventor and company founder Mark W. Keymer. It was his ideas, collaborations and salesman’s zeal that started a company with a modest line of six metalworking hand tools. Mr. Keymer ensured his legacy by cultivating a network of knowledgeable and established independent sales representatives, a broad non-exclusive distribution base and a following of extremely satisfied users of his products. Mr. Keymer’s four sons would later champion recruitment of award-winning product design and engineering capabilities plus institution of formal research and development that ramped up successful product releases over the last 25 years and ensures the legacy of employee contributions that followed. Malco continues to develop and manufacture innovative products, of lasting quality, that improve productivity and promote on-the-job health and safety for hands-on trade professionals. A focus unchanged for over 68 years. For Residential and Light Commercial Construction, Malco leads with hand tools and power assisted “TurboShears” targeted to Roofing, Siding and Gutter trades including tools for: Metal, Slate and Asphalt Roofing, Vinyl and Fiber Cement Siding and Aluminum, Copper and Steel Gutter and Downspout.
