The 2015 Project of the Year, this home took advantage of unused lot space to add a little square footage and a lot of functionality with minimal neighborhood impact. Architect Cary Bernstein navigated a steep hill and worked within a compact footprint, using purposeful architecture and a refined material palette to create this contemporary and sustainable family home.
