RRP Im advocating tear down vs. whole house/large remodels
I have 2 large remodel jobs in the works that are probably LBP. I am at the drawing stage with one and have stopped to revise my price to see what worst case scenario exist with RRP. Preliminary cost (RRP guesstimate) pushes the costs too high to be worth doing assumng plaster, woodfloors and trim is LBP. I'm figuring 4700.00
