MacNail MacNail's programmers clearly understand construction problems. Until recently they were both builders and programmers; now they make their living solely as programmers. The result is a set of well-organized, elaborate templates for estimating, scheduling, and job costing. There are different spreadsheets for new construction, small jobs, gut/rehab, and additions.
