Bad Vibrations. Exposure to high levels of vibration can lead to serious injuries. In Europe, rules protect construction workers against HAVS (hand-arm vibration syndrome), but that's not the case here in the U.S. Anti-vibration gloves like Ansell's VibraGuard with gel foam padding can reduce exposure, especially to high-frequency vibration from sanders and grinders.
