Although the F-1 Access Panel is made of high-grade welded aluminum, the door can be ordered with a drywall inlay that renders it all but invisible save for the metal edge and 1/16-inch reveal. Standard sizes range from 8x8 inches to 24x24 inches. A hinged 12x12-inch panel with a 1/2-inch or 5/8-inch drywall inlay costs about $75.
