RSI recalled four of its Glacier Bay-branded bathroom medicine cabinets made between July 15 and Oct. 10, 2013. Though no injuries occurred, the manufacturer says it received two reports of the mirror or back panel detaching.
The cabinets—which range from $70 to $90 at The Home Depot —may be returned to the big-box retailer for a full refund. Read the full recall report with models and SKU numbers here.
