The electronic control panel combines the traditional feel of a knob with the features of an electronic display. A mirrored display appears when the controls are not in use. Other features include Sabbath mode and auto-roast, which automatically sears meats and then returns to a preset temperature for roasting, and sealed gas burners with VariSimmer, which allows for precise control at very low cooking temperatures. Select models are available with a TruPowerPlus burner for up to 18,500 BTU.
