On the Road: Marvin Windows Factory Tour

1 MIN READ

On a field trip to chilly Warroad, Minn., in early November, Hanley Wood editors visited a tiny town with a big building products presence. As the home base of Marvin Windows & Doors, a high percentage of Warroad’s population of 1,700 works at the 2-million-square-foot facility. From sturdy casements and double-hungs to specially-designed “signature products,” the staff produces about 1,200 windows every day and sends them out to jobsites around the country.

Take a tour of the Marvin facility through the slideshow at left, and learn more about the company’s history, its manufacturing processes, and its involvement in the Warroad community. Want to learn more? Visit the Marvin Training & Visitor’s Center online and learn how you can get your own tour.
