In this slow-motion train wreck, 35 tons of excavator sinks in quicksand-like blue clay in Sweden while removing a temporary timber road. The thing is cab-deep. There’s a second, smaller excavator (7 tons) that got stuck trying to remove the bigger one. Misery loves company. I’m not sure there’s anything to learn here, but it’s hard not to ogle while the wheels come off the wagon.
