When organizers of JLC Live New England announced that the popular trade show would be postponed due to the spreading coronavirus pandemic, expectations were that the March 2020 event could be rescheduled for August in the same venue. But in a recent announcement, show director Kristen McKercher explained that the decision has been made to cancel the 2020 event altogether because of a scheduling conflict. "Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Rhode Island authorized a six-month lease of the RI Convention Center which is being converted to a hospital annex. While our team hopes the entire country is well on the mend in August, we support the RI Convention Center team and applaud their contributions to our community in this unprecedented time."
