A sales proposal is a useful tool, but only if it's put together properly. To that end, Winans Construction takes extra care to make sure everything is as it should be every time they do a proposal.
The company had used this checklist in the past but only recently rolled it out again. Estimator Bret Winans, who uses the form the most and who wasn't working with his parents when they used it before, says the form has been helpful to him. "I don't look at it every day," he says. "But when I'm near the end of a proposal, it becomes a major tool for me."
