Let the numbers do the talking by submitting an application for this year's Remodeling 550. The program is REMODELING's annual showcase of the biggest remodeling firms in the country and our special report into how the industry is evolving. The three categories for the 2020 Remodeling 550 are as follows:

  • Full-service contractor (i.e. general renovation contractors)
  • Exterior replacement or specialty contractor (window, siding, roofing, gutters, doors, decks, bath liners, cabinet re-facing, etc.)
  • Insurance restoration contractor

Franchise and other multiple-location companies may apply as either full-service, replacement, or insurance restoration firms. Applicants have the choice to report revenue as the entire company (franchisor + all franchisees) or as separate firms (each location reporting separate revenue), but not both.

We will publish the results online in May and print selected results in that month's issue of REMODELING. (See last year's digital edition for an example).

The deadline has been extended April 11, 2020.

Enter by using our online survey to report your revenues and operations size in 2019 and forecast how you'll do in 2020. Those numbers will get published next to your name. We also ask you to provide some additional information that we mix with all other entrants and then report in aggregate, giving you valuable insights into the state of the remodeling industry.
