ThermoView Industries, owner of five exterior replacement and full-service remodeling operations, has announced plans to consolidate its subsidiaries under a new national brand. The new brand, THV: America's Home Improvement Company, will be phased in over the next two years.

Terry McWilliams of Mosaic Investor Relations says the brand initiative is aimed at increasing marketing efficiency as part of a long-term expansion plan.

ThermoView plans to add six new sales offices by 2004, beginning with two this year. Sites in South Carolina and Nebraska are already selected.

New subsidiaries also play a role in the plan, McWilliams says, noting that ThermoView hopes to have a presence in 30 states total within five years. So far, though, ThermoView has not targeted any companies for acquisition, he says. "They'll be keeping their eyes open for when the time is right."

Currently ThermoView subsidiaries operate in 17 states in the West and Midwest. They include ThermoView of California, Rolox Industries, Leingang Century Siding and Window, Primax Home Center, and Thomas Construction.
