The design for the Bid4Build Estimating Application was originally developed over 20 years ago as a result of extensive input from multiple General Contractors. In 2000, we rewrote the entire application using the Microsoft Access Development Environment. Microsoft Access is the leading small business database platform on the market, and provides the greatest degree of functional flexibility and stability.
Our most recent version of the Bid4Build construction estimating software is our Enterprise Edition. Bid4Build incorporates some of the most advanced features of Microsoft Access. In addition to core estimating, Bid4Build includes advanced reporting, contract writing, scheduling, accounting, bid management, 100 construction calculators, multiple levels of assemblies, photo data base and extensive integration capabilities including Quickbooks. When used in conjunction with our Craftsman industry cost databases, we provide access to over 100,000 updated construction items for residential through commercial construction, and with pricing specific to your geographic location.
We have recently added two digital takeoff software solutions to our suite of products, Bid4Build Enterprise and Lite versions. Our digital takeoff software solutions enable a seamless transfer of estimating information across our product applications.
