Part 1: Situation:
Very large dome fountain covered in broken tile mosaics.
30% of tile on dome is tenting off of the surface.
Thinset is strongly adhered to back of tile.
Thinset cleanly came off of concrete surface.
Tile is tented 3"-4" away from dome surface
