Purchasing System
I've been reading (actually re-reading) a fairly in-depth publication co-authored by Joe about how to set up a purchasing system. It goes into a lot of different subjects that deal with PO's, variances, allowances, change orders, etc. It is excellent and I would recommend it to any builder or remodeler who wants to tighten up their purchasing system.
