Passion. More often than not, look at the founders of successful companies, and you'll see that it wasn't cash flow, ROI, staff size, or any other metric that prompted them to start their businesses.
They had a mission. They saw a need. They were smart in how they passionately pursued it.
And all the rest followed.
Donny Wyatt started Co-construct after he and his wife had a "typical" custom homebuilding experience — and set out on a mission to ensure that no other home builder, remodeler, or clients would fall victim to the same hair-pulling, blood-pressure-raising, cash-sucking problems that he had.
He started with that emotional passion as a frustrated client, meshed it with the contractor's challenges, and applied lessons learned from his successful career in the telecom, IT, and legal industries. With that uncommon blend of an insider's and outsider's perspective, Donny and his team launched Co-construct.
And all the rest followed.
Since 2005, Co-construct continues to grow, debt-free, to be the longest-running web-based software system built to meet the unique needs of custom home builders and remodelers.
