If the 2014 Watermark Awards were a fashion magazine, every page would be dog-eared. The articles from Remodeling's sister publication Builder showcase each project and will give you details about their concepts, goals, and design, but we know you're still wondering: who are they wearing?! Of the 16 winning projects in 2014, designers specified a Miele dishwasher in six kitchens, and eight chose a Wolf range, making those brands prime for "who wore it best?" debates. In addition, our product editors spotted a variety of high-end brands on the Watermark red carpet that helped add just the right finishes and fixtures to all of these best-dressed designs.

With an impressive 23-minute ProSpeed cycle, home cooks will be able to wash the salad plates before it's time to serve dessert. Striking geometric forms in the Cube collection offer a modern interpretation of stone washbasins from the French countryside. The line’s bathtubs, lavatories, and vessel sinks, (shown) are produced using Wetmar BiO, an eco-friendly material made of soy and mineral stone. The firm says the non-porous material is slip resistant and strong. Both high-gloss and matte finishes are available. www.wetstyle.ca. Wolf Dual-Fuel Range
No fewer than eight 2014 Watermark Award winners selected Wolf for the range/oven component of their kitchen designs. Several designs, including Stuart Cohen and Julie Hacker's Chicago kitchen-with-a-view, called out the maker's 48-inch dual-fuel range, which provides the high performance combination of a gas range top and two electric convection ovens. A wide variety of cooktop configurations come standard with dual-stacked surface burners for precise temperature control. Homeowners may specify black, stainless steel, or signature red knobs to accent the stainless steel finish. Wolf | 800.222.7820 | subzero-wolf.com
