LP has relaunched its FlameBlock technology in eight different wall assemblies, and has also brought the feature to I-joists. With a magnesium oxide cement coating, the joists are designed for use over unfinished basements and are able to withstand the heat and damage of flames so upper floors don't collapse onto basements.
