Technology from Eastman Cerfis helps achieve a finish that’s more durable and water-resistant than sanded-and-painted trim. Installed with Finished Elegance caulk, the material requires no priming or painting, but does accept paint. Pricing per linear foot ranges from 50 cents for smaller, general-purpose profiles to $2.50 for bases, crowns, and casings.
