The kitchen and bath tend to be the highest budget areas of a remodel, having huge profit potential, but they also can have potentially low profit margins due to inexperienced job planning and high materials costs. In response to attendee demand for K&B information at last year's Remodeling Show, this year's Show includes the Kitchen and Bath Showcase and significantly expanded educational conference offerings within the Kitchen and Bath Design Track.

Located in a pavilion on the exhibit floor, the Showcase is a resource designed to provide remodelers with information about kitchen and bath products, planning, design, and installation that will build their K&B knowledge and expertise.

Installation and Design Clinics At the heart of the Showcase will be four clinic demonstration areas, two for kitchens and two for baths. These clinics will offer practical knowledge that remodelers can take back to the office and use on the job-site. Each area will have a clinic that focuses on hands-on installation techniques and a clinic on business- and design-related topics. The design areas will be built-out, finished versions of their neighboring installation clinics.

For the hands-on installation clinics, attendees will see and hear from the best in the business presenting topics such as kitchen cabinet installation and combating mold in bathrooms.

Adjacent to each installation clinic area, in the “design power-clinics,” remodelers will hear from leading kitchen and bath designers discussing design philosophies and practices as they relate to kitchen and bath remodeling. The course material for these design clinics is based on current trends and hot industry issues. Shorter in length and faster paced than traditional classroom courses, the design clinics will cover topics such as task lighting in kitchen design.

Whether you've been offering kitchen and bath services for years or are just thinking about delving into the kitchen and bath industry, the Kitchen and Bath Showcase offers an array of resources including the latest trends and ideas in K&B, top-of-the-line products, interactive demonstrations, and creative design information to boost your expertise.
