High-power radiant burners deliver quick and even heat to the range's vitro ceramic surface. The five-element configuration includes a center dual element for large stock pots. The multi-function European convection oven provides seven cooking modes including three for baking (bake, fan oven, and convection bake), three radiant modes (broil, convection broil, and dual broil), as well as a defrost mode. The convection options help to prepare meals in less time than a conventional oven.
