Get a Grip. The E-Z Driver is a simple but useful drill accessory for fastening deck boards or squeezing screws into awkward spots where you can use only one hand. It consists of a chuck that houses a replaceable Phillips or square drive bit, plus four spring-loaded ball bearings that hold the screw in place.
