DeckOver is a 100% acrylic coating that hides cracks up to 1/4 inch wide and creates a smooth but slip-resistant finish. It can be used on horizontal and vertical wood, concrete, and composite surfaces (but not on driveways or garage floors). Before application, surfaces should be clean and dry, and rotting or unstable boards and loose splinters should be removed. DeckOver is available in 54 colors and covers about 50 square feet per gallon; two coats are required. It cleans up with soap and water. Behr products are sold at Home Depot outlets.
