Angie's List has certainly caused it's share of grief. Perhaps you've been following the controversy (see articles in Remodeling, beginning with "Angie's List: Friend or Foe?"). It's driven some contractors to call for a boycott of the company that is playing both ends, charging contractors for listings and homeowner's for ratings.
But regardless of what you think, your next customer may be reading it right now. Do you know they publish about replacement windows? Will you be able to answer a customer's questions, as they probe to see what you know? Bone up on the site's coverage here.
