The Office of Safety and Health Administration intends to fine a Stamford, Conn.-based contractor $196,000 for more than a dozen safety violations involving the demolishing and rehabbing of a building in Bridgeport, Conn., OSHA announced today. Cesar Mendoza, doing business as KI Management, was penalized for "disregard of basic demolition principles," the agency said.
