TimberTech's XLM Tropical and XLM Natural collections are migrating to the manufacturer's sister brand Azek as part of the companies' recent marriage under the CPG Building Products parent business. "As we brought together two of the strongest brands in the industry, it made sense to have XLM PVC decking under the AZEK brand," said Patrick McLane, product manager for CPG Building Products. "AZEK represents the top of the line in PVC decking and XLM was already gaining a strong following, so combining the two offers installers and homeowners more options and color choices in one portfolio." With XLM moving to AZEK, TimberTech says will continue to focus on its composite and capped composite decking and railing offerings, and will add new styles and colors to its portfolio in 2014.
Engineered to maximize scratch, mildew, and stain resistance, Azek XLM's flat-grain surface is available in three Tropical collection colors design to emulate rainforest woods, and three earthy, more subdued tones, in the Natural collection. With the new colorways, Azek says it now offers the industry's largest palette of styles and colors, comprising five collections and 17 colors.
Azek XLM is available in square-shouldered profiles in 20-foot lengths, and grooved profiles in 12-, 16-, and 20-foot lengths for use with the maker's ConceaLoc hidden fastening system. Azek | 877.275.2935 | azek.com
