DeWalt's 28-volt lithium-ion tools with Nano Technology offer lighter weight, greater performance, and increased cycle life, the company says. The nano phosphate LI cells also are more durable. The line includes a hammer drill, a recip saw, a 6-1/2-inch circ saw, an impact wrench, a rotary hammer, a cut-off tool, a jigsaw, and a flashlight. The DC318K jigsaw (shown) can cut about 56 feet of 1-inch laminate particleboard on one charge; the battery offers 2,000 recharges. The tool delivers 0-2,700 spm and features a 1-inch stroke length, an electric brake, an all-metal keyless blade clamp, keyless shoe with detents at 0, 15, 30, and 45 degrees, adjustable dust blower, and anti-slip grip.
