The Hilti TE30-A36 CombiHammer is a cordless tool that can drill large diameter holes deep into concrete. Using a 36-volt 6.0 amp-hour battery, the tool pounds away with 4500 impacts per minute and drills up to 40 percent faster than the largest SDS corded tools, according to the manufacturer. Onboard electronics stop the motor if the bit binds in the hole and the variable speed tool can switch between drilling, hammer drilling, and chiseling modes.
