If someone gets hurt on one of your
job sites because of a hazard you could
have corrected, it's defined as negligence,
and it can cost you everything
you have in a legal judgment. If someone
is killed on your job and it's
defined as criminal negligence, OSHA
will do everything within its considerable
power
