A design center in Dayton, Ohio, welcomes both remodeling and new construction clients to choose products in a single showroom location. The 12,000-square-foot Design Centre will include kitchen and bath vignettes and displays for interior and exterior products including cabinets, countertops, lighting, flooring, doors, brick, siding, and shingles.
It is the result of a partnership between Gold Key Homes and Greater Dayton Building & Remodeling — both part of the network of companies that make up Oberer Companies.

The center also has an extensive design library including resources and materials, research, and a work space area to encourage customers to actively participate with design associates in developing solutions for their building and remodeling needs.
