Employees can take the Project Management Capability Test (PCT) on the Web. The multiple-choice questionnaire covers organization, scheduling, estimating, and communication skills. Results are immediately shown on the screen and are also e-mailed to the person. Each test costs $19.95 and highlights areas that need attention.
