 In the fourth quarter of 2013, HGTV saw an average of 62.2 million viewers a month. That’s roughly 2 million viewers per day, slightly below the average number of people aged 25–54 who watched ABC’s “Good Morning America” each day in the same quarter.

Weekend watchers

In 4Q 2013, of the most-watched cable TV networks on weekends, HGTV ranks No. 2, leading TNT and the Food Network, but behind ESPN. “House Hunters” and its spinoffs are the most popular on HGTV, followed by “Property Brothers” and “Love It or List It.”
