Deck Collapses in Missouri

Tis the season for deck failures. Warm weather is getting more people out on their decks, and some are finding that big crowds and badly built or badly maintained decks just don’t mix. Among recent incidents was the collapse of a Missouri deck on Memorial Day in which three people were injured.
