We've all seen the blemishes of peeling paint, mold, and rot on wood and wood-based exterior trim. To avoid these, we have had to go to great lengths to pull trim boards away from sidewalks, grade, and rooflines - often with less than ideal results. But many of us also know there's a better way: Install PVC trim instead of wood or fiber cement.

If you haven't yet been sold on the benefits, you will be. Builders and remodelers concerned about maintaining the aesthetics of their exteriors and avoiding callbacks related to paint failure and building rot rely on solid PVC trim. The material is completely impervious to moisture, which eliminates all the pain points from weathering and moisture.
