Once cured, Flex-Tec HV epoxy repair is hard to the touch yet will expand and contract with the wood. It holds screws and can be drilled, routed, sanded, and otherwise tooled like wood. A video on the product website shows the repair holding the bond even when planed, with the epoxy curling up with the wood in thin shavings.
