Finding good subcontractors for kitchen and bath remodeling is one of the most difficult tasks I face. Kitchens and baths are packed with systems, fixtures, and appliances, and these rooms are scrutinized by clients more closely than others in the house. Good subs are even harder to find than good employees. The main reason is employees don't have to run a business.
